HADDADVS accepts payment in two ways: Option 1: HADDADVS currently accepts bank transfers to our bank account with Mashreq bank in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Option 2: HADDADVS will send you a payment link so you can make a payment easily with Mastercard, Visa and Apple Pay. All charges will be in AED.

HADDADVS is registered in Dubai, therefore, you will only be charged 5% VAT.

Unfortunately due to the type of service, HADDADVS takes hours of work to prepare and study the specification of your project and cannot offer refunds for any payments made. All payments are final and non-refundable.

BOQ or Bill of Quantity, provides you the exact quantity of specific materials that are required for your entire project. You can utilize this information to create a clear budget and manage your resources throughout the project.

HADDADVS provides material sourcing (javascript:void(0))services and only supply materials that meet our level of safety and quality standards. HADDADVS will also be launching an e-store very soon!

A soil test help your structural engineer provide the optimum steel and concrete calculation for your project. IT is imperative to your project as it ensures the soil is suitable to support your structure.

HADDADVS can help facilitate your soil test for a small fee. If you opt to work with a soil testing party directly, all we require is the soil test report.

Although HADDADVS has the expertise and experience required to do so, we do not stamp the approvals of your project. Since our headquarters are in Dubai, by having our clients get 3rd party stamping this allows us to dedicate more time to meet with our clients and create innovate and expertly detailed designs and drawings.
